Thanks to the Madrid City Council to have endorsed and launched an open-air museum as a tribute to the figure of the distinguished engineer Javier Manterola and to our profession, on the Ventas Bridge over the M-30, in Madrid.
This is an idea implemented in the framework of the rehabilitation works of the bridge on its 25th anniversary, whose construction management has been carried out by INES in 2024 and recently completed. This event, held on December 18th, was opened by the Mayor of Madrid, Mr. José Luis Martínez-Almeida, Mr. Miguel Aguiló and Mr. Carlos Manterola.
