2.For what purpose and legitimacy do we use your data?

Ines informs the Client, or the legal representative of the same that may be provided during the contractual relationship, that their data will be processed by Ines, with the following purposes:

a) Adequate attention and management of the requests made through the enabled forms. The personal data collected by Ines will be subject to treatment, both automated and, where appropriate, conventional, in order to be able to contact the User in order to properly attend and manage the requests made through the forms provided for this purpose. At the time of data collection, the voluntary or mandatory nature of the data to be collected will be indicated by means of asterisks. The refusal to provide the mandatory qualified data will mean the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested.

Legitimation: This treatment will only be carried out by Ines if it has the consent of the Client. The completion of the form and the acceptance of the privacy policy will imply your express authorization.

b) The mailing of, by electronic means, information related to the activities of Ines, as well as articles of interest. When registering for the newsletter, consent is given for the processing of their data for this purpose and the sending of commercial communications related to actions and/or services offered by the Controllers.

c) Manage participation in the different projects/initiatives of Ines. The personal data collected by Ines will be processed automatically in order to meet your request to participate in the Organization’s projects/initiatives. Ines may contact the interested party to inform them of the status of the project or initiatives for which they have been interested or others with similar themes. The completion of the form and the acceptance of the privacy policy will imply your express authorization.

d) Ines organizes raffles and contests. In these cases, the Client who wishes to participate will register voluntarily by completing the forms that Ines has for this purpose. Ines will process said data in order to manage the Client’s participation as well as to manage or publish the prize, if applicable.

e) Send satisfaction surveys. Ines, based on a legitimate interest of the company, may send you satisfaction surveys, in order to know the experience received as a User and to be able to incorporate the corresponding improvements into our work based on their analysis. In any case, in order not to prejudice your data protection rights, you may oppose such processing through the channels provided for this purpose.

3.How long will we keep your data?

Ines will comply with the current regulations regarding the duty to delete personal information that is no longer necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it was collected, blocking it. With this block, Ines will not have access to your data and will only process it to make it available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor’s Office, for the attention of possible responsibilities related to data processing, in particular for the exercise and defense of claims before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. We will keep your data blocked for the periods provided in the applicable provisions, proceeding to the physical deletion of your data once said periods have elapsed.

4.Who will receive your data?

Currently, Ines will not transfer the data that has provided us, unless there is a legal obligation that requires it.

The personal data that Ines obtains is the personal data that the interested parties have entered in the forms enabled for the purposes specified within them.

6.What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You may exercise your rights of access, portability, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing. Likewise, you may revoke the consent given at any time. 7.With who can you exercise your claims?

8.Exercise of rights

The User can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the LOPD, by means of a written communication addressed to Ines Ingenieros Consulores, Calle Núñez de Balboa 120- 3º DCHA., 28006 – Madrid, España; or by email addressed to ines@inesingenieros.com In both cases, the interested User must attach a copy of their national identity document, passport or other valid document that identifies them.

9.Prohibition for minors

Children under 14 years of age should not provide their personal data to Ines without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. Please, if you are a minor, ask your parents or guardians to contact us first

10.Data communications made by the User themself

The User knows and accepts that by using some of the services offered by Ines on the Website, their personal data will be displayed on the Website and may be viewed by other users of the Website. For example, comments made on any of the social networks associated with Ines and that could be viewed through its website.

The User must not provide personal data relating to third parties through the Website. The User undertakes to keep Ines safe from any possible claim, fine or sanction that may be required to be borne as a result of the User’s breach of the duty described in this paragraph.
