The Instituto de Estudios Madrileños is organizing, together with the Colegio de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos, a series of conferences focused on Madrid’s ring roads and their history. José Antonio Martin-Caro, General Director of INES, will give his lecture on Thursday, November 21: The M-40 and the city at the end of the 20th century.
